Art Johnson – Chief Executive Officer

Art realized the importance of alignment as his career job responsibilities have spanned multiple disciplines and industries. His competitive spirit, highlighted in collegiate athletics, inspired him to leverage his experience, knowledge and network to form ISI. Art developed a reputation for strong team leadership, cost savings and revenue generation. The creation of Orgametrics™ has given Art the platform to share his successes on a broader scale.

Throughout his career, Art has had an impressive background in both sales and marketing.  A strategic thinker and leader, he has an established record of driving revenue and growth through direct and indirect sales organizations. Art is known for delivering a mix of strategy, innovation, and process excellence that expand corporate capability and market leadership, strengthen competitive positions, and increase profitability in highly competitive industries. This dynamic leader is adept at driving alignment, developing executive-level relationships and fostering collaboration among diverse teams to consistently exceed expectations, increase productivity, and optimize performance.

In 1989, Art began his career in Information Technology with International Business Machines (IBM). He moved up in the ranks quickly and obtained a Master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, while working as a branch manager. US West (Qwest Communications) recruited Art for vice president of internet services in telecommunications. Soon after, he was promoted to corporate officer when he accepted the position of vice president and general manager of large business sales. In 2008, Art joined Medtronic Incorporated. Until 2013, he was vice president of sales in the Cardio Vascular Group. His successes in medical device, telecommunications and information technology are evident by his President Club participation in every industry.

Art holds a Bachelor’s degree from Drake University, Des Moines, IA, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN and he participated in the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Paul Erdahl – Consultant, Organization Assessment & Development

Paul’s passion is working to align leaders, teams and organizations in common purpose.  With 20+ years of leadership experience, Paul is a recognized global leader who has delivered best-in-class organization development and talent management solutions.

As Consultant, Organization Assessment & Development, Paul leads the design and development of assessment tools, and leverages analytics to guide targeted action to improve alignment and performance.

In addition his work at Infinity Systems, Paul is Principal and Founder of Global Talent Strategies, LLC.  Previous roles include VP, Global Leadership & Talent Development at Medtronic, Executive Director of Talent Management & Organization Development at Hill-Rom, and organization development and learning & development roles at Cargill, USBank and Allina Health Care System.

Del Johnson – Director, Business Development

Del is results driven with a passion to help organizations improve, by listening, learning their objectives and aligning solutions with their goals. Del successfully ran the college and career center for Minneapolis Public Schools, leading to the implementation of district-wide Career Centers. He also has an extensive background in sales, real estate and success working with school administration teams. Del continuously draws from the success he’s had by successfully running businesses and managing teams.

Joe Byrd – Director, Operations

Joe is an entrepreneur with a passion for people, customer service and process development. Throughout Joe’s career, he has run businesses, managed teams and provided creative solutions for clients across many industries. He also founded and ran his own consulting company. Joe has always been focused on building relationships, helping clients and partners grow and creating solutions to ensure organizational alignment and long-term success.

Erik Beckler – Alignment Whisperer

Erik has worked for over two decades around leadership, teamwork and alignment issues. As Chief Alignment Whisperer, Erik works with organizations and their leadership to uncover possibilities, to help them maximize their potential and to do what he can to provide a positive and impactful experience from their journey.

In addition to Erik’s work at Infinity Systems, he is Chief Engagement Officer of The Afila Group, an executive roundtable for sales, marketing and product executives that works with members to provide insights that lead to more impactful decisions. Prior to that Erik ran the Global Legal Products Division of Thomson Reuters.

Erik earned his B.A. from Hamline University, while playing basketball and obtained his Masters of International Management from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management. Erik also coaches youth basketball in order to help develop our leaders of tomorrow.

John Groenke – Alignment Consultant – Leadership and Education

John is a passionate leader that is committed to helping people and organizations thrive. John is a system thinking leader and understands that the key to organizations achieving their goals relies on leadership, empowering others, and alignment.

John has been a proven leader in education for 26 years leading schools to exceptional results at the elementary, middle, and high school level. One of his greatest accomplishments is taking a misaligned failing school to a successful Celebration Eligible school that the community embraced. In addition, John has been developing, coaching, and mentoring leaders for the last ten years helping schools and departments achieve desired results aligned with organizational goals.

In addition to his work with Infinity Systems, John is the Founder and CEO of The Center for Transforming Educational Leadership. Prior to that John served as a high school principal for 2 years, middle school principal for 7 years, elementary principal for 7 years, and a teacher for 10 years.

John earned his B.S. in elementary education from St. Cloud State and his M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota. He is a licensed Superintendent and K-12 Principal.
