Your team has a bunch of personalities. Some are strong-willed go-getters, some are new and are unsure of themselves. Some may be regularly insecure.

Our take? We are all insecure about handling certain things. All of us are on different parts of the knowledge and security continuum with all the things we do in our lives. By focusing on improvement and building on successes, we can focus on moving forward.
Also, without trust and connection between the leader and the insecure employee, it will be hard to progress forward.
