Art Johnson


Art serves as CEO of Infinity Systems and works with clients across the country. Art has a long history with large corporations, with leadership stints at IBM, USWest (CenturyLink) and Medtronic. Art has also served as an Adjunct Professor with the Hamline University School of Business teaching their MBA candidates in Strategic Management.

Del Johnson

VP of Business Development

Del’s education and corporate experience, most notably running the college and career center for Minneapolis Public Schools, gives him unique insight into understanding the challenges of organizations wishing to develop truly effective and aligned teams and leaders through Orgametrics.

Joe Byrd

VP of Operations

Joe serves as a primary contact for each step of Orgametrics. From setting up and delivering the Orgametrics® Assessment to coordinating the rest of the journey, Joe’s experience running his own businesses and supporting the operations of many others brings forth a solid customer experience.

David Turk

Chief Strategy Officer

Dave is an innovative executive with a broad base of financial, operational, and business development experience, ranging from start-up operations to established public companies. He has significant experience during a range of economic environments and challenges with a demonstrated ability to adapt and evolve operations quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Dave possesses the ability to apply broad previous experiences to new opportunities with a fresh perspective, and the ability to learn and develop the skills necessary to proactively manage unique challenges. Jennifer Whittaker

VP, Business Development

Jennifer is an executive with deep global experiences spanning diverse industries, organizational sizes, functions, and nationalities. She has built up a cultural empathy that allows her to identify unique opportunities and help drive team problem solving to deliver lasting impact for organizations with which she engages. Prior to Infinity Systems, Inc., Jennifer built and led diverse teams for over 20+ years across the food, agricultural and financial software industries, and across five continents executing opportunities in business development, strategic planning, sales & product development.
