This interesting post from Quartz talks about how LinkedIn CEO, Jeff Weiner, discussd that coding skills is not the spot with the biggest skills gap. He said soft skills, including leadership, are the ones most employers are looking for and have the biggest gap.

In order to build alignment within organizations, leaders must use soft skills such as communication and listening, to effectively connect strategies, tactics and motivations with the mission and vision of the organization.

The question is whether you understand how to find people with those skills, develop them and empower them to do great things.
